Hardy's ratings of mathematicians

At the Wikipedia page on Ramanujan we have the quote

"Paul Erdős has passed on to us Hardy's personal ratings of mathematicians. Suppose that we rate mathematicians on the basis of pure talent on a scale from 0 to 100. Hardy gave himself a score of 25, J. E. Littlewood 30, David Hilbert 80 and Ramanujan 100."

My question is this: did Hardy rate any other mathematicians? If so, can someone point me to the list?

The Wikipedia page only gives the quote within another quote, but the attribution to Bruce C. Berndt is correct. The quote is originally from the introduction to Ramanujan's Notebooks, volume 1 (Springer: 1985), page 14, edited by Berndt. Erdős was alive when this volume was published, so presumably Berndt heard it from Erdős directly. Erdős may have heard Hardy give the ratings in person. (He met Hardy in 1934 (source) while working in the UK.)

If this is the route by which Hardy's ratings entered the literature, then we have only have the four ratings in the quote.

(The source of the quote is given in the Annotated Mathematician's Apology, which can often be a good starting point for tracking down sources for anecdotes about Hardy.)
